Junica assists lawyers and paralegals with a wide range of M&A, private equity and reorganization transactions as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
She is highly driven in her role of providing administrative to high-level legal support for her supervising lawyers while ensuring clients’ needs are met. As a Transactions Paralegal at MDS, Junica serves our clients and team through her extensive and growing knowledge in due diligence procedures, transactions management and corporate law.
Junica also specializes in coordinating corporate finance and securities transactions and is in the process of obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Capilano University.
