Susan Devlin
As the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer, Susan is responsible for leading and managing all of the Finances and Operations of the firm. With over 20 years of experience, Susan is a strong leader dedicated to creating strategic paths forward that keep pace with changing technology and evolving business landscapes, while nurturing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Prior to Susan joining MDS, she had the pleasure of serving various organizations both locally and internationally, in senior financial and operational positions. Through this experience she has developed a passion and expertise for people management, strategic planning, streamlining processes and implementing financial & operational systems – all which serve foundationally to MDS’ success.
