Geoff has over 25 years of experience advising clients ranging from founders and owners to global multi-nationals.  His clients include entrepreneurs, private companies, First Nations and their economic development corporations and investors.  He has advised across a broad range of industries and has extensive international experience, working on transactions and projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America as well as Canada and the United States.  

Geoff advises clients on the buying and selling of businesses, commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, partnership arrangements and other collaborative ventures and capital raisings.  He has a keen interest in sustainability, the energy transition and clean tech.  He has spent time advising both government-owned entities and their commercial partners on projects relating to national resource development. 

A lover of the outdoors, Geoff and his family moved to Canada in 2018 for the sea and the mountains.  Before moving to Vancouver he was a partner in the London, UK office of an international firm.  He has also previously worked for two years in the Calgary office of a Canadian national firm.
