Rachel’s practice focuses primarily on private company mergers and acquisitions and private equity fund formation and transactions. Rachel has a broad background across a wide range of sectors on business law matters, including commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and debt and equity financings.
Prior to moving to Vancouver, Rachel began her legal career in Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in the legal field having worked both in the Hong Kong office of an international firm and in-house as an Asia regional counsel.
