Zoe is currently an articling student with Mogan Daniels Slager LLP as she completes the Law Society of British Columbia’s Admission Program to be called to the BC Bar.
Zoe began her legal career working as a solicitor in the London office of international law firm, Macfarlanes LLP. During this time, she worked with a wide range of clients including private equity sponsors, founders and strategic investors on a broad range of fundraising transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Zoe brings an international perspective and is experienced in managing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-border legal and commercial considerations.
Zoe’s practice focuses primarily on private company mergers and acquisitions and private equity fund formation and transactions. She works on both the buy and sell-side of deals.
