Fiona assists the lawyers and other paralegals on a wide range of M&A, private equity and reorganization transactions as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Fiona holds over 10 years of progressive experience as a paralegal in areas of real estate, commercial, contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance. She is proactive in problem solving, intuitive with customer relations, and able to multitask as she supports MDS on multiple fronts.
Fiona holds diverse employment experience having worked in the banking, real estate and mining industries. Prior to joining Mogan Daniels Slager, she worked as an in-house paralegal for an international mining company.. Fiona prides herself in meeting exceptional standards in customer service, and in solving the ever evolving corporate and commercial challenges that come her way.
