Hillary has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law including complex corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, alterations, dissolutions and all other routine corporate proceedings. Hillary thoroughly understands the steps necessary for a successful transaction and provides our lawyers with creative, thoughtful and practical support to move our transactions across the finish line. Hillary also enjoys getting know our clients, and supporting them as they continue to grow and contribute to our community.
Prior to joining Mogan Daniels Slager LLP, Hillary has gained experience assisting with various corporate, real estate and estate planning matters at both local and national firms in British Columbia and Ontario.
