As the firm’s Corporate Records Clerk, Jenny works primarily with the paralegal team in support of our corporate records department. Jenny assists with annual resolutions and annual reports for BC companies, federal corporations and extra-provincial corporations, including filing reports online. She also assists with organizing minute books, annual maintenance billing, and many other corporate and commercial related tasks.
Prior to joining Mogan Daniels Slager LLP, Jenny spent a lot of her time working and volunteering with the City of Vancouver on community outreach initiatives.
