Tatjana Obradovic
Tatjana is a business lawyer assisting clients on private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other business law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, stock option plans, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Mogan Daniels Slager LLP in 2019, Tatjana worked for a leading national law firm, briefly venturing in-house after several years before returning to private practice.
