Peter is a business lawyer focusing on a wide range of areas including M&A transactions, debt financings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations both within Canada and cross-border.

He advises a diverse range of clients in ‎transactions across a number of sectors, including private equity, emerging technology, real estate, mortgage brokerage, professional services, ‎forestry, mining, pension funds, health care, agriculture, and communications. Peter also appreciates working with family offices.

Peter especially enjoys working with long term business owners who are deeply passionate about their business, employees and legacy and ready to sell. These are particularly meaningful and life-changing transactions for clients.
