Rupam is a business lawyer assisting clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including, purchase and sale of business and real estate transactions, corporate structuring and governance, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financing, shareholder, joint venture and partnership agreements, leasing, and various other corporate proceedings.

She enjoys working with clients at all stages of business, from newly incorporated entities to established companies, and has experience representing clients in a number of sectors including, real estate, trucking, forestry, insurance, retail, banking, education, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Mogan Daniels Slager LLP, Rupam practiced as a solicitor with two of the largest full-service law firms in the Fraser Valley. Rupam is passionate about contributing to the community she grew up in. She volunteers her time with the Surrey Food Bank, and also contributes to CLEBC by co-authoring the chapter pertaining to real estate law in the Advising British Columbia Businesses practice manual. Outside of the office, you can probably find Rupam learning a new dance style, travelling or looking for the best nachos in town.
